The text recommends that the reader should "go to Appendix B of this book and find
the country code of your nation."

In the section on the image subelement the book refers to the rdf:resource attribute
when it should be referring to the rdf:about attribute.

The first error is in the large, bold type section header which reads:
<image rdf:resource=""> (a Subelement of rdf:RDF)
but should read
<image rdf:about=""> (a Sublement of rdf:RDF)

In the 3rd paragraph of the section the first sentence:
This element takes the rdf:resource attribute.
should read:
This element takes the rdf:about attribute.

In the 6th paragraph of the section under the 'url' subhead the sentence that starts:
This also appears within the rdf:resource attribute
should read:
This also appears within the rdf:about attribute
