"'Mac OS X Unwired' is a surprising book. It's much more than just a manual or how to use an Airport network. There's as much stuff to read for its sheer interest as there is of practical value, it is thoughtful and well researched...Travelling Mac users who rely on the technology described in its pages will find this book indispensable."

"This is a sound, plain-language text that does not require any special technical knowledge. If you are a Mac user and want to know the ins and outs of going wireless, this is the book to have."
--Major Keary, AUSOM News, May 2004
"Even though this is really a book for users at a somewhat more advanced (or adventurous?) level than me, I enjoyed reading it, and I know I learnt a lot from it. It's written so that it is intelligible even to the greatest technophobe, for which the authors ought to be congratulated. If you're into using a wireless network with your computers, or are considering the possibility of doing so in the near future, I would suggest that this book is an indispensable resource. If you're simply interested in the topic, I would recommend you get it anyway, read it and stash it away for the day when you too go Wi-Fi."
--George Carrington, ACT Apple Users Group Inc., March 2004
