In the Changes made in the 1/04 reprint, it reports this change:
Page 42: both ForwardActions had an extra closing / at the end of the "type="
attribute
This HAS BEEN DELETED, so that both lines NOW READ:
type="org.apache.struts.actions.ForwardAction">

There appears to be a similar problem on page 43 for the IncludeAction example Action
tag.
