Confirmed errors:

(7)  line 7;
"Seibel" is a typo of "Siebel" and it would be better to use the full name of the
company, like "Siebel Systems" or "Siebel Systems, Inc."


(122)  line 10 from the bottom;
"Seibel" 
should be:
"Siebel"


(123)  line 11;
CAP/Gemini
should be
Cap Gemini
Also, it would be better to stick to the official name of the company, i.e. "Cap Gemini Ernst & Young."
