Captions transposed. References on page 92/paragraph 2 will need to be corrected.


(101) first paragraph, last sentence;

should read:

(110) third paragraph;

should read:

(110) last sentence;
"horrific," but not much
should read:
"horrific", but not much


<321-326> Hack #86;
Hack appears to have been written on the basis that the Figures will be
in color rather than monochrome. This is best illustrated on Page 325,last
paragraph: "The green bar in Figure 10-10"

Also note that there is only one bar in Fig 10-10, but the reference mentions
left, middle and right bars.
