[xvi]  Step 11;
On Windows XP, when you complete Step 10, the InDesign software presents a Yes/No
dialog box asking you if you want InDesign to synchronize the changes made so far
(per the book) with the software's current values. This dialog box is not mentioned
in the book, so I had to guess what choice to make.


[314]  first bullet point at top of page;
When option/shifting the selected clipping path, the whole image moves instead of
just the selected area. None of the other points or objects are selected,
but the whole image duplicates and moves.
