(88) For clarity, there should be a handwritten annotation under the last answer that reads:

The CEO and VP of Asia Travel are paying for this project in the sense that they're providing funding for 
the project team at the travel agency and cutting checks to the airlines, hotels, tour groups, etc. The 
customers are definitely paying Acme Travel, but they're not paying out the budget for the specific work 
that has to be done to complete the project.

It should read "There's still not much risk to the buyer in fixed price
