You can find the missing files here - http://examples.oreilly.com/9780596510619/ The .Zip file size is 9.7MB Note for Windows users: There isn't an external Flash Player for Windows, so you need to open the video files from within your web browser with the Flash Player plugin installed in order to view them. Note for Mac users: Macintosh users may need to unlock the files after they are copied from the DVD. This only applies to MacOS computers. After copying the files from the DVD to your computer, select the pslessons folder, then choose File > Get Info. In the pslessons info window, click the You can drop-down menu labeled Read Only, which is located in the Ownership section of this window. From the You can drop-down menu, choose Read & Write. Click the arrow to the left of Details, then click the Apply to enclosed items... button at the bottom of the window. You may need to click the padlock icon before the Mac OS allows you to change these permissions. After making these changes, close the window.
