{82} Enumeration number 4;
Sorry, my mistake: example 9 is based on example 1, but the sentence "Drag a Lookup transformation onto 
the designer to the right of the Sum Amounts aggregate item." is misleading as in example 1 there is no 
"Sum Amounts aggregate item".


{51} Enumaration number 19;
Screenshot doesn't show the right SQL command. The SQL shown in the screenshot will be used in example 4. 
Using this code produces an error on my system (similar to: converting from DT_NUMBER to DT_CURRENCY not 
defined).

For the same reason the screenshot on page 52 is probably wrong (there will be no columns regarding the 
conversion of the values).

Example 9 is not based on example 1, but probably on example 3.
