(181) 2nd paragraph;
In the first sentence, the comma after "you" is misplaced.


(201) captions for figures 9-4 and 9-5;
The text refers to "Scale-9" but images 9-4 and 9-5 refer to "Slice-9" and "Slide-9" respectively.


(204) last paragraph;
Under the heading, "Embedding versus loading", the last sentence says, "immediately availability" where it 
should be "immediate availability".


(318) first paragraph after Using CSS;
The double quote before Runtime CSS is not terminated.
