Confirmed errors:

(xiv)at the top; it says

O'Reilly & Associates, Inc. 

but should be 

O'Reilly Media, Inc.


(152) last paragraph / under APPROPRIATENESS FOR TYPE OF SITE;
last paragraph / under APPROPRIATENESS FOR TYPE OF SITE it says:
"The success of navigation is relative to the kind of site *in* appears on". Shouldn't it be: "The success 
of navigation is relative to the kind of site *it* appears on".
