Here's a key to the markup:
	[page-number]: serious technical mistake
	{page-number}: minor technical mistake
	<page-number>: important language/formatting problem
	(page-number): language change or minor formatting problem
	?page-number?: reader question or request for clarification



Confirmed errors:

(5) in "File this way, please" bullet point: Remove the quotation marks around "file format" in the first 
sentence. In the next sentence, italicize the words "file format," like so: "The file format is the..."

(49) sidebar title: Insert a space between "Choosing" and "Between".

(79) sidebar: Italicize search terms as per page 59 of Word 2007: MM.

(136) first sentence: The 2 hyphens in this sentence should be changed to em dashes.

(138) top of page, end of first paragraph: Xref to page 136 should actually point to page 129

(152) first two sentences of sidebar: Add the following italicization: "The term manual hyphenation sounds 
like more work than it actually is. Computer-assisted hyphenation would be..."

(199) Formatting bullet point: In the sentence, "You enter straight quotes (?), actually the symbol..." 
replace the question mark inside the parentheses with a straight quote, like so: (")
