Here's a key to the markup:

        [page-number]: serious technical mistake
        {page-number}: minor technical mistake
        <page-number>: important language or formatting problem
        (page-number): minor formatting problem, or language change
        ?page-number?: question or request for clarification


{2}  The last sentence under PostgreSQL did read:

        "This book covers PostgreSQL 6.5."

Now reads:

        "This book covers PostgreSQL 7.0."


{17}  The last line in the third column of the table did read:

        "Stores exact number values for p [check sign] 9, s = 0"

Now reads:

        "Stores exact number values for p = 9, s = 0"
