Lousy. It would be nice if they remembered to include all of the EJB book on the CD. Chapters 3 and 4 were missing along with parts of other chapters. I paid for the whole book not bits and pieces of it. I don't plan on making any further purchases from O'Reilly because I find an oversight like this to be unforgiveable.

Unfortunately, the cd contains the first revision of the Java Servlet Programming text. I'm very unhappy about this because I was primarily shopping the second revision when I happened upon this cd. I wouldn't have bought the cd, if I realized it contained old revisions of the texts.

It was a good ideal to have all reference on one CD, only problem it take so long to come out, and JAVA have been updates since, in the computer world, thing are moving very quick, if O'Reilly can response quicker, it would be very useful reference CD in JAVA world.

Very good reference material, but there are some weaknesses:
(E.g. I'd like to have the swing class hierarchy tacked to my pin board.)
Maybe O'Reilly could provided downloadable higher-res versions ?!
When double clicking a search result it opens the page that contains the
search word(s), but gives you no clue where on this page the word(s) actually
are. Often a html page comprises a whole chapter, so you are bound to use your
browser's find function for the same word(s) again...
Searches for whole words only.

Excellent
EJB spec 1.2 is not yet ratified and I believe it will be some time before this happens.
This is a useful source of J2EE information and all for the price of just 2 hard copy books

The EJB version covered in this set is EJB 1.0. How useful can that be when version 1.2 of EJB has been released in Dec-2000 ? I am returning the copy I ordered.
