I'm not sure if the web page layout changed, or wasn't cross-checked with the 
final release of the book, but the web page at http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/
cdomapi doesn't display any links like "download" or "SampleCode.zip".  

I tried the "Example" link, which led me to the FTP site with the file.  I'm 
using IE 5.5 on WindowsNT4 SP4, and the file name itself wasn't displayed as a 
hyperlink.  So, I appended the file name to the "Address" field in my browser, 
to download it.

Please adjust the web page to more accurately reflect the author's instructions
for downloading the sample code, as published.
