{411} definition of end-to-end encryption was changed to

A type of encryption in which a message is encrypted
when it is transmitted and is decrypted when it is
received.  Contrast with link encryption.

{415} definition of link encryption was changed to

A type of encryption in which a message is encrypted
when it is transmitted and is decrypted and then
encrypted again each time is passes through a network
communications node.  Contrast with end-to-end
encryption.
