Printed	Page 14 Top	The difficulty is the fact that there is no explanation on how to load the rtf file. A reviewer on the O'Reilly site has mentioned this and the response from O'Reilly is to download the example code. However, the file Degas8_13_2010_12_1AM.rtf does not exist in the download code directory, only degas.txt exists. This is a major disruption as it is the very first example in the text and it is impossible to follow because the file, nor how you are to download it, are available.
