We've misspelled a person's name. We have: Vinicus instead of Vinicius

We should change it to Vinicius

Sentence: "As Vinicius Vacanti, co-founder and CEO of Yipit, recalls in a blog post..."

It's also wrong on page 408 in the Index.

The arrow between Ideas and Build is reversed. Ideas cause Building. The arrow should point from Ideas to Build.

Note from the Author or Editor:
The arrow in Figure P-1 between IDEAS and BUILD is going the wrong way -- it should be pointing from IDEAS to BUILD.
