Legend for Figure 4.4 is labelled "Gamma", but should be "Epsilon"

Note from the Author or Editor:
Unfortunately this figure has more than an error in the legend: gamma is the correct term for this figure, but this figure is actually part of the UCB1 chapter's materials. The correct figure for Chapter 4 seems to have gone completely missing, although, in all honesty, the correct figure will look a lot like this figure.
