The online voucher is missing from my book ... you know this already. However, as far as I can tell, the phone numbers you list for me to call to get a voucher number are US numbers. I live in the UK and I bought my copy of the book in the UK. Please advise.

Best wishes

Duncan

Note from the Author or Editor:
U.K. purchasers should still call the U.S. numbers for voucher support.

In the book, it calculated the equation below by mistake:

1/4*(9)+3/4*(10)=9.25%

However, the right result of this equation should be 9.75%.

It's a minor mistake.:)

Question 5

In the companion material, the solution for question 5 has the distance from Washington to Atlanta calculated wrongly. The distance should actually be 541.8 whereas the solution file has it as 394.

2nd paragraph, first bullet point
In cell C15 the formula = COUNTA(Table1[All#]) is given. But it should actually be COUNTA(Table1[#All]).

Again in the 6th bullet point
=SUM(Table1[[Data#],[Q1]:[Q3]]) is printed. But it should actually be
SUM(Table1[[#Data],[Q1]:[Q3]]) .

2nd paragraph

In the second sentence of the second paragraph it says "Select the table range (A15:E1014)", the range should be "A15:E1015" to include the 1000th iteration.

It would also be good to mention to push F9 to recalculate the data table at the end of the paragraph to avoid confusion with generating the output from the data table.

The formula shown as:

d2= d2- rho * sqrt(t)

should be:

d2= d1- rho * sqrt(t)

The formula is entered correctly in the Bstemp.xlsx spreadsheet, however.
