"Rules at a glance" - first paragraph

it states if maximum_value is greater than initial_value, then the loop is ignored. It should be if maximum_value is LESS THAN initial_value the loop is ignored. i.e. 'for counter = 1 to 5' will execute, but 'for counter = 1 to 0' will be ignored. AUTHOR: Sounds like a mistake to me.
