First tip (3rd paragraph) "Ann arrow pointing to the left indicates a collapsed branch"

The "collapsed" arrows point to the right, not left.

Note from the Author or Editor:
Change "An arrow pointing to the left indicates a collapsed" to "An arrow pointing to the right indicates a collapsed"

"Close a window" tip

Should "windows" in the last line, not be "Windows"?

Note from the Author or Editor:
The end of the paragraph under the 'Close a window' heading should be changed from 'shut down windows' to 'shut down Windows'.

2 Paragraph

Second paragraph, first sentence states "Windows 7's task scheduler is fairly simple...." Then next paragraph down, you state "The Task Scheduler tool in Windows 7 is complex and somewhat unfriendly..."!

Which is it? :)

Note from the Author or Editor:
p.644: change "Task Scheduler is fairly simple, allowing you" to "Task Scheduler allows you"
