The HTML portion of the code contains two open 'body' tags when there should only be
one.

NB: on p. 31 and then on 32 there are two 'div' blocks, both defined with
id="drinkblock" - while this doesn't seem to break things (and I believe is a microsoft
bogosity) I do believe that it is counter to the W3C's intention of the 'id' attribute
being unique per page, and thus questionable to have presented in published code.
