Missing Chapter 3 Documents
On page 59, the On the CD Note states:
“You can find the Application Design Worksheet #1 in the Documents subfolder of the files you install from the companion CD, in the file Chap3-01.doc. Worksheet #2 is in the file Chap3-02.doc.”
These documents are missing from the CD-ROM.
