Incorrect instructions for loading sample files On page xv, the "Opening the Practice Data Files in Outlook" section reads: "Chapters 1 through 7 each have an accompanying Outlook data file containing the practice files pertinent to that chapter. You need to open the chapter’s data file in Outlook before you can use the practice files. Follow these steps prior to beginning each chapter: 1 Start Outlook. 2 On the File menu, point to Open, and then click Outlook Data File. The Open Outlook Data File dialog box appears. 3 On the Places bar, click My Documents. 4 In the folder list, double-click Microsoft Press, Outlook 2003 SBS, and then the appropriate chapter folder and subfolder (if applicable). Tip See “Using the Practice Files,” below, for the list of chapter folders, subfolders, and practice files. 5 Click the Outlook data file, and then click OK. The data file opens in Outlook and is visible at the bottom of the Navigation Pane." Not All Sample Files Install To Hard Disk When running Setup to install the Outlook 2003 sample files, two items are not installed.
