CreatingDoc Folder Does Not Exist
On page 9, step 12 instructs the user to double-click the CreatingDoc folder. There is no CreatingDoc folder under WorkingDoc.



Change:

"12 Double-click the CreatingDoc folder."



To:

"12 Click the New Folder icon on the toolbar. Name this new folder "CreatingDoc" and press Enter. Double-click the new CreatingDoc folder."

On page 272, step 22 reads:



"Scroll up to page 2, and select the cross-reference entry /t "See dirt." in the index entry after soil, and press DEL."



It should read:

Chapter 12 Master.doc File Is Incorrect
The Master.doc file included in the Microsoft Press Word 2003 SBS MakingAvailMaster folder is not usable. An updated Master.doc is available for download in the self-extracting Master.doc.

"Index" used in place of "Insert" On page 272, step 23 reads: "Press CTRL + END to move to the end of the document, click anywhere in the index, and on the Index menu, point to Reference, click Index and Tables, clear the Right align page numbers check box, and click OK."
