Page xx in the Introduction, as well as Chapter 3, mention files provided on the companion CD. These sample files were not included on the CD-ROM. However, Microsoft Press has created RS2000SBS.EXE, a self-extracting executable file that contains the missing files.The following file is available for download from the Microsoft Download Center: RS2000SBS.EXE
