Incorrect version of IIS referenced On page 1-26, in the first sentence of the "Real World" box it reads: "If IIS 4.0 had followed the secure by default principle, the Index Server ISAPI extension would not have been installed on the vast majority of those systems, and the costs associated with the CodeRed worm would have been minimal." It should read: "If IIS 5.0 had followed the secure by defaultprinciple, the Index Server ISAPI extension would not have been installed on the vast majority of those systems, and the costs associated with the CodeRed worm would have been minimal." In the first sentence of the second paragraph it reads: "You can learn from the mistakes made with IIS 4.0, or you can follow the example set by IIS 6.0 (included with Windows Server 2003)." It should read: "You can learn from the mistakes made with IIS 5.0, or you can follow the example set by IIS 6.0 (included with Windows Server 2003)."
