Incorrect Pointer To Sample Code Location On page xxvii, in the Introduction section "System Requirements and Code Samples," it states "For information on system requirements and code samples, see Section 1.2, 'Notes on the Samples,' in Chapter 1." Section 1.2 does not give the URL for the sample code. The URL is provided in Chapter 1's overview on page 2, second paragraph, but this URL no longer exists. The following file is available for download from the Microsoft Download Center: setup.exe http://download.microsoft.com/download/a/4/3/a433e8ad-25b5-420e-9126-292b380eb2f3/setup.exe Microsoft scanned this file for viruses. Microsoft used the most current virus-detection software that was available on the date that the file was posted.
