The errata list is a list of errors and their corrections that were found after the product was released. If the error was corrected in a later version or reprint the date of the correction will be displayed in the column titled "Date Corrected".

Incorrect information regarding negative exponents On page 354, The last sentence of the third bullet point of the Using Special Characters section is incorrect. Change: "For example, –1E6 (1 times 10 to the negative sixth power) equals –1,000,000 and is displayed in Excel as –1.00E+06." To: "For example, 1E-6 (1 times 10 to the negative sixth power) equals 0.000001 and is displayed in Excel as 1.00E-06." Microsoft Press is committed to providing informative and accurate books.
