It says, "The detailed setting is 20,"

I think my default setting was 25.

"In the Options dialog box, under the Display heading, you'll find an option to specify how many documents are visible in this list. (The default setting is 20..."

to:

"In the Options dialog box, click Advanced, and under the Display heading, you'll find an option to specify how many documents are visible in this list. (The default setting is 25..."

Cross Reference

States for full list of keyboard shortcuts associted with text formatting, see "Applying Text Formatting" on page 123.

Should be ...see"applying Character Formatting" on page 124. This is more specific to the item.

Note from the Author or Editor:
The "See Also" reference near the bottom of page 71 should be deleted. There is no single list of keyboard shortcuts in the book; lists of shortcuts for specific programs and tasks are scattered throughout the book.
