Replaced the paragraph that began "archive is not installed..."

and the boldface code that followed it (up to and including "% chmod 755 archive") with this Note: Majordomo also comes with two other unsupported archiving programs: archive.pl and archive_mh.pl. The former produces archives that resemble Listproc; the latter uses the archiving building features of the mh mail system. Neither offers the functionality of archive2.pl, but if you're interested in them, you can find them in the runtime/Tools subdirectory. You'll probably want to copy them to the runtime directory if you plan to use them. We assume that you'll stick with archive2.pl.
