Dear Sir,

There is a minor miscalculation on page 23:

Goal A 0.18% 1.8 $30 $54
Goal B 0.80% 12 $5 $60

Goal B: 0.8% x 1000 = 8 and not 12 as stated. Therefore the result should be 8 x 5 = 40.

I hope that this will help you to improve the book (which I like so far!)

Table 2 & Table 3

The tables on page 23 are incorrect. The Number of Conversions for Goal B for the first design should equal 8. Also, where did the 0.50% Conversion Rate for Goal B for the second design come from, that should be 0.33%; making the Number of Conversions equal 3.3.

Last Bullet In The "Note" Section

The note states reasons for why "your competitors are willing to spend a lot more per click," but the last bullet states the following, "Your competitors have been advertising for a long time, and they are able to lower their PPC spend." Shouldn't it say "increase" instead of "lower"?
