Screenshot under 'Your profile'

In the left hand column of the screenshot under the picture there is a list - Wall, Info, Photos, Friends.

However, my own profile page shows the list as 'Welcome, News Feed, Messages, Events, Find Friends

It may be that it is possible to customise this list. If so, this should be made clear and also instructions given as to how to customise.

The screen shot shows 'Home, Profile, Find Friends, Account' whereas the top of my FB screen shows search box, my photo and name, Find Friends and Home with down arrow which, when selected, then shows a sub-menu 'Advertise, Account Settings, Privacy Settings, Log Out and Help

It is not clear to me how I can edit my birthday so that only the month and day are shown.
