I found the 'Rank your Business Models' section slightly confusing.

1. Is Canvas synonymous with Model?
2. Should multiple Plan A Canvases be created, with variations in one of the blocks on the Canvas?
3. Where it says 'Prioritize customer segments that you believe...', does this mean prioritize the Canvas in relation to other Canvases, or does it mean prioritize the customer segments on each Canvas?

For me, the whole Ranking section seems very important and needs to be explained a bit more.
