Third bullet point under "Ships in the Night"

In the third bullet point under "Ships in the Night" on page 64 there is a missing footnote:

"(with explicit caveats25)."

There is no footnote 25 at the bottom of the page. (The next logical footnote number is 24 which does appear properly at the bottom of page 65.)
