Wrong! Tablets with plain old Windows 8.1 also have WMP!

Note in middle of page

"You can only install desktop programs on tablets if you are running Windows 8.1 PRO."
Again wrong: Programs/software are downloadable on tablets with plain 8.1. or is this meant for legacy program transfer from an old computer since it is that section?
