Chapter 7, under the title "Cleaning up messes" the text written is "... This can be simple change: address an inconsistant layout, ..." I think it should be "... address an inconsistent layout ..."

Quotation between page title and text

The quotation "As a dog returns to its vomit, so fools repeat their folly." is Proverbs 26.11 rather than Psalms 26.11.

Ch.2, Names, Be Clear, before 'Be Accurate' header

"This can be such a univerally..." - mistake in word 'univerally', should be 'universally' I think.

4th par

In PDF version, p. 221, 4th par

There is:
"You may be an expert in a particular topic, and a complete _notice_ in another."

while I think it shall be

"You may be an expert in a particular topic, and a complete _novice_ in another."

(Same in mobi @loc 3286.)

3rd paragraph

The epub version has two recurring formatting issues (which do not seem to be in the PDF):
1) Footnotes do not occur as footnotes but in the text, e.g. from chapter 23 "...next.footnote::[Other kinds of releases—for example, to a live web server—largely follow this pattern with few adjustments.]”
This seems to be present throughout the whole book.
2) The questions part at the end of each chapter is messed up: No newlines/paragraphs, no numbering of questions
This seems to occur from chapter 20 onwards (at least until chapter 23).

I am using iBooks with Mac OS 10.11.6 on a MacBook Pro Mid 2014.
I have verified these issues with another epub viewer and on a second mac os pc, though.
