In the chapter on configuring a kernel

In the chapter on configuring a kernel, the book states that if one has
the QuickTime libraries installe and one is a KDE user, one can use the
qconf kernel configuration utility.

This is... not quite right. Instead, it should state that if one has the
*QT* libraries installed, one can use the qconf utility.

The first command in the following section does not work:

Alternatively, I could have mounted these images and saved the individual files. This
would take full advantage of any additional space I could spare on the new hard
drive. For example, I could have used the following commands to restore the files
from the debboot.img file (assuming /mnt/back existed):

mount -o loop /mnt/sda1/debboot.img /mnt/back/
mount /dev/hda5 /mnt/hda5
cp -ar /mnt/back/* /mnt/hda5/

The mount -o loop /mnt/sda1/debboot.img /mnt/back/ command requires an argument for
the file system type which is not shown in this example.
