I have been unable to find specific directions for printing a collapsed outline. I was going to do a "print page" but when I looked at the print preview first, it showed the body text which I did not want to print. I finally did try "print page" and it printed only the collapsed outline, but I lost a lot of time trying to figure it out. Others may be helped by what I wrote in my manual: |
