Hi there..

I think this a great book and helped me alot in trying to get to grips with the FMS. However I seem to have some problem getting to run the application described in the secton 'A better 2 way chat application' in Chapter 5 - 'Two-Way Audio Video Communications'. The files in question are 'deux.asc' and 'Deux.as' .

I am always getting a flash plugin crash each time I run this app (IE7, Firefox and Google Chrome), and I get it in both the machines with which I am testing. The error message says that the 'Flash10k.ocx' plugin was running when the crash took place. I am not sure what is the cause of this problem. The other video streaming related codes in the book, the ones that appear before this particular example are working fine. I hope if you can clarify if this could be caused by the code itself. Thanks.

clientLoadXML

bwXML.load("http://localhost/bw/bw.xml") doesn't seem to work. Should the XML-document be placed on the webserver and NOT on the FMS-server? The FMS server supports RTMP and - I suppose - not HTTP. I can make the code work by placing the XML on the web server, but how can I load a file residing on the FMS-server?
