Fifth paragraph, second sentence

Sentence is missing the word "to" between "learning" and "give".

Sentence should read "Learning to treat people with respect, and learning to give them the benefit of the doubt, is one of the core skills that turn a smart architect into an effective one".

The word "value" should be "valve".

The sentence should read "It's worth remembering that the Three Mile Island accident was largely caused by a pressure relief valve - a safety mechanism meant to prevent certain types of overpressure failures".
