Second paragraph (starting "The more computers a bad guy has")
Typographical error - words in wrong order and missing comma:
"Having more computers makes it easier to get spam through, and to keep generating fraudulent clicks if the work across is distributed as many machines...."

Should read:
"Having more computers makes it easier to get spam through, and to keep generating fraudulent clicks, if the work is distributed across as many machines...."

(Note the additional comma after "fraudulent clicks" (as the statement is a subordinate clause) and the rearrangement of words "the work across is distributed" -> "the work is distributed across"
