Creating Transactions at Runtime - 1st paragraph

Note: I have a 4th printing

It says:

"Because you can create a Transaction only through a call to the Data Command's BeginTransaction method, it must be created in code.

But the previous pages say that Transactions are created by the Connection object.. Also, the code following uses cnAdoSbs.BeginTransaction() where the cn supposedly means "connection"
