The function gets too parameters myString and myCharacter, but inside the functions code, they are referred as s and c.

2nd paragraph

ISO 9216 should be ISO 9126 which is about "Software Quality Characteristics"

The former apparently refers to "Aerospace -- Nuts, hexagonal, slotted (castellated), for pulleys, in alloy steel and cadmium plated or in corrosion-resistant steel and passivated -- Dimensions and masses"
