The line says:

"...reinforce your understanding of how to configure Windows Vista by using electronic practice tests..."

This book is a Windows 7 exam book, not Windows Vista. Copy/paste from an older Vista exam book without update?

Bottom of page 83 states "?To complete the exercises in the practice sessions in this chapter, you need to have done the following:
Installed the Windows 7 operating system on a stand-alone client PC named WKSTN1, as described in the introduction."

The introduction is on page 8 and goes though page 12. No mention of any specific computer name or accounts.
