The table misplaces the header. It should read:
Network Destination Netmask Gateway Interface Metric

It shows:
Network Adress Netmask Gateway Address Interface Metric

(Chapter 6);
I read through the online version of Chapter 6. There are several instances
of DCHP instead of DHCP.

In the Canadian (ca) domain, several provincial domains are listed: ab for
Alberta, on for Ontario, and qb for Quebec. The domain name for Quebec is qc.
