Is this supposed to be in italics? Seems like it should be in roman.

To change this behavior, choose Tools-->Customize-->Commands-->Options-->"Standard
and Formatting Toolbars share one row".

In my version of Word 2000 "Options" is under "Customize", not "Commands". The book
shows it as Tools-->Customize-->Options on p.79 and under Fig 3-20 on p.80.

List Item No. 2 and the results in the Invoice Form for "Tax"

I have just finished going through this book and find that it is very useful for the experienced Word user. I did, however, have a question about the form section of Chapter 15.

In the second point on page 371, the local sales tax is stated at 8% and the formula entered as =(subtotal*.08). When you look at the results in the Invoice form itself, it has calculated the tax as 16% and gives a result of $4.72 whereas it should be only $2.36. When I tried this on my own form, it did the same thing. It seems to be adding all the individual item totals to the subtotal (for a total of $59 not $29.50)and then applying the 8% tax. I have tried to work around this and the only way to get the right answer is to cut the tax rate in half (i.e. =subtotal*.04) - but this just doesn't seem right.
