The word "states" should be "stated."


(41) 2nd to last paragraph

should be:

(46) 7 lines up, "complier" should read "compiler." 


(50) Second paragraph under "The IETF Process," line 5 now reads:

	The RFC Editor then decides whether to publish the document

The word "weather" should be "whether".


(52) The text reads:
