When you attempt to copy these files to a file system that is case insensitive (Windows), a duplicate file error occurs. As far as I can tell the files are in fact duplicates of each other. The specific files are sql2.ap01.gif, sql2.ap02.gif, sql2.ap03.gif. Also there is a file sq12.ap04.gif that should probably be deleted as it is a duplicate of sql2.AP04.gif. [235] Paragraph 2, "Before you begin the installation..."; This paragraph says to "be sure to read the readme file on the disk." However, there is no readme file on the disk, nor does the install file install one to read. The paragraph goes on to say, "This file will tell you how to obtain a DLL that you need for the installation." Please advise.
